Aspiring Writers Club Tatiana Coover tatiana.coover@puhsd.org To provide a welcoming space for students to explore their creativity, share original writing, and build confidence in their voice as young authors.  Members will have the opportunity to develop their skills, exchange feedback, and connect with peers who share a passion for writing and storytelling.
AVID Sara Huerta sara.huerta@puhsd.org To help AVID students prepare to and apply to the 4-year universities of their choice.  AVID students will be college and career ready.
Black Student Union LaDawn Johnson ladawn.johnson@puhsd.org The purpose of a Black Student Union (BSU) club in high school is to create a supportive, educational, and empowering space for Black students and allies. While each school’s BSU might have unique goals, common purposes include:

Dance Club Hope Burns hope.burns@puhsd.org To serve as Heritage High School's dance performance team. Choreograph and perform dances in various genres of dance for school and community functions.

Dungeons and Dragons Melissa Eakle melissa.eakle@puhsd.org Students will explore the table top role playing game and build community.
Eco Club Jessie Hagadorn jessie.hagadorn@puhsd.org  The ECO club at Heritage high school focuses on environmental care, wildlife conservation, habitat restoration, and participating in climate change action. We will participate in citizen science research projects and field trips with organizations working on collecting data to address local environmental concerns.
eSports Club Justin Perez justin.perez@puhsd.org Gaming competitively/uncompetitively while also creating a safe place where anyone who likes gaming can interact and play games with each other even if they choose to not play competitively
FFA Shaina Rushing shaina.rushing@puhsd.org To make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agriculture education.
Graphic Design Club Yasmeen Eid yasmeen.eid@puhsd.org Students will have the opportunity to explore graphic design as a hobby and career. Students will work together on graphic design related projects that promote skill building and teamwork. The club will be a resource for students to express themselves.

HHS Folklorico Club LaDawn Johnson ladawn.johnson@puhsd.org The Folklórico Club exists to celebrate and preserve the rich traditions of Mexican folklórico dance and culture. The club provides students with opportunities to learn and perform traditional dances, explore the history and meaning behind regional styles, and build pride in cultural heritage. Through rehearsals, performances, and cultural events, the club fosters creativity, teamwork, and community engagement while promoting multicultural awareness on campus.
HOSA - Medical Professionals  Ross Bauer ross.bauer@puhsd.org To become leaders and empower the global community through education, collaboration, and experience. The goal is to build teamwork skills and offer hands on volunteering opportunities.

Yearbook Felicity Cardenas felicity.cardenas@puhsd.org An Advisor and a group of students create a Yearbook for the whole school and community to showcase all the events, culture, photos and what took place that school year at that school. It is a book students can take with them for memories for the rest of their life.
