 Ticket Information:

Ticket sales start on Monday, March 31, 2025 and end on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 3:45pm. See pricing schedule below. Tickets can be purchased in person at the student store or on the ASB Webstore. No tickets will be sold at the door/venue. Tickets can only be purchased by HHS Juniors and Seniors. If you plan on bringing an HHS 9th or 10th grader as your guest, you will need to purchase their ticket at the Student Store - no special guest pass is required. Non-HHS students require a special Guest Pass. Guest pass tickets can only be purchased in person at the Student Store (see guest information near bottom of this message). If you purchased a package at the beginning of the year, it is possible you already have a prom ticket on file. You will have received a separate email from Mrs. Garcia reminding you that you already have a ticket.

A Prom Permission Slip is required for ALL students attending Prom. You will need to print out this permission slip or get a printed copy in the Student Store and have it filled out by your parent/guardian (even if you are 18 years old). To purchase a ticket you will need to turn in this form at the same time. If you have already purchased your ticket through a package or online, please complete the permission slip and turn it in asap. If you do not have a permission slip on file, you will not be permitted into Prom.

Ticket prices are per person:

  • March 31 - April 4 - $110 w/ASB and $115 w/out
  • April 7 - April 17 - $115 w/ASB and $120 w/out
  • April 28 - May 2 - $120 w/ASB and $125 w/out

You must bring your California or physical school ID/digital 5-Star ID to the dance in order to get in. This applies to all guest tickets as well.

Included with your ticket (no additional charge):

  • Entry into the venue/event
  • Refreshments
  • Dessert Bar
  • Photo Booth
  • DJ and Dancing 
  • Professional (pre-purchase) photos by Cherished Memories
  • Live Banda!!!

What not to bring:

Venue security will be conducting bag and security checks for all attendees. Items such as gum, mints, liquids, food, drink, are not permitted into the venue. Such items will be confiscated upon entry. If you received the commemorative paper invitation when you bought your ticket, you do not need to bring that with you to the dance. If you purchased a ticket, your name will be on the list and we will scan your school ID to check you in.

Behavior:

Just a reminder that this is a school event and even though it is off campus, school rules still apply. Any student removed from Prom for disciplinary issues will not receive a refund. Depending on the severity of the behavior, a parent may be called to pick up a student and/or local authorities may be called. Admin also reserves the right to withhold participation in other activities, for example: Gradtivities, Graduation Ceremony, etc. without refund for students facing disciplinary consequences.

Dress Code:

This is a formal event and formal attire will be required. Tuxedos and suits are appropriate attire. Formal dresses need to cover all necessary body parts - no sheer, see through, or mesh portions of the dress that expose undergarments. If in doubt, please ask

Parking:

Parking is available on site for no cost. There is also parking availability for limos and buses.

Arrival & Departure Information:

There will be a check-in time frame instituted for Prom. All students and guests attending Prom must check in by 9pm. After 9pm, even if you have a paid ticket, you will not be permitted to enter the event and no refunds will be given. If students wish to leave Prom prior to 10:00pm, they must check out before leaving. All members and guests must be off the premises by 11:15pm. If you are getting a ride home from Prom, please make sure your ride is there on time and you are off property by 11:15pm.

Transportation:

Free transportation is available through the school if you need it. School transportation is completely voluntary. You are required to submit a permission slip by Monday, April 28th at the student store. If you submit a permission slip and your plans change, you are required to inform Ms. Zonda, Mrs. Garcia, or Mr. Barajas at araceli.zonda@puhsd.org (or in the Student Store), renee.garcia@puhsd.org (or in W107), or chad.barajas@puhsd.org (or in S112). You will receive a separate email with confirmation details prior to Friday, May 2nd, 2025.

Prom Court Voting:

Prom Court voting will take place at Prom only. Voting will be electronic. You will use your smartphone to access the voting ballot on your 5 Star app. Only students who attend Prom will have access to voting. Voting will be open from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Crowning will take place near the stage at 9:30pm. Prom Court nomination information will be sent in a separate email to all juniors and seniors.

Guest Passes:

Guest passes are linked here, but printed guest passes will be available in the Student Store, Front Desk, and the Discipline Office. Guest passes must be approved by the HHS Discipline Office before Prom. Guest passes will not be accepted at the door and tickets will not be sold at the door. Guest passes are due to the Discipline office no later than Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Guest ticket prices are sold at the non-ASB price for the week you purchase them. Please refer to the ticket pricing section for pricing each week. The age limit for guests are from high school age up to 20 years old on the day of Prom.

Professional Photography:

Cherished Memories will be on hand to take professional photos at Prom. You will need to pre-order your package before Prom. All sales will be done online through Cherished Memories. They will not accept cash/credit on site the night of the event. Pricing and packages will be sent out once we receive them from Cherished Memories.
